Peugeot Partner DPF problems. I have a 2011 Peugeot Partner Teepee 1600 diesel. The DPF was recently changed (108,000 miles) but the warning light has just come on saying chance of blocked filter. I have just driven the car for over 40 mins on a dual carriage way at 55mph in fourth gear, but no regeneration and the warning light is still on.

I also have a Mazda 3 and the same happens. You might also feel a strain on the engine in that it is not as responsive.

Well the whole point to a SIMS DPF delete is to stop the regen cycle and the extra required fuel to do it. Good enough for me for now until I run out of warrantee. SIMS DPF delete = 60 to 75% MPG gain EGR delete (requires programmer for 2012s) = another 40% or less gain.

469 posts · Joined 2013. #10 · Feb 23, 2019. DPF diesels are not suited to repeated short runs, they need regular minimum 30 minute runs at full operating temperature. As to regen frequency I monitored my DPF with VCDS over 18 months, and kept a record of the journeys.
